Pedro is a little male cross breed.  He was given up by his previous owners, after being found wandering on the street and traced back to them by his micro-chip.  He is about to be neutered (so probably best if you say he is, because he will be very shortly, so better to advertise him as such).  Although he is a small dog, he has a big personality.  He is very, very friendly and affectionate, and a perfect companion for an apartment or small house.
